- 1999年に英国で結成されたメロディック・スピード・メタル・バンド。当初はDRAGONHEARTと名乗り活動していたが、2001年に改名。2003年に『ヴァレイ・オブ・ザ・ダムド』でデビュー。メロディック・パワー・メタルの諸要素を極限まで突き詰めた圧倒的なサウンドで注目を集め、2004年の『ソニック・ファイアストーム』で本格的にブレイク。英国、香港、南アフリカ、ウクライナなど、メンバーの出身地が多国籍であることでも話題に。2014年にアルバム『マキシマム・オーヴァーロード』を発表。
